Welcome to the Gulf Coast Community Benefits Corporation on-line portal.

We are a global not-for-profit organization dedicated to developing and implementing comprehensive recovery solutions to assist socially and economically deprived communities in five strategic areas: Disaster Preparedness, Affordable Housing, Education, Health Care and Economic Development.

Our vision and mission is to transform the lives of people, not only along the Gulf Coast, but around the world, who are susceptible to disasters, either natural or man-made, assisting them in their long-term recovery in a way that fosters awareness, prosperity, independence and self-determination.

Gulf Coast Community Benefits Corporation is close to securing a large piece of property in downtown Pensacola for redevelopment purposes. Negotiations are underway, and a visioning process with nearby residents, businesses and other stakeholders will be scheduled soon. Architectural renderings will be done by local Architects, and the search for retail outlets for occupancy will ensue.

Gulf Coast Community Benefits Corporation has partnered with a local developer to bring affordable housing to the Mobile/Pritchard area this year. Property has been secured and plans are being reviewed. With the advent of a newly announced $40 Billion Airbus manufacturing plant being anchored in Mobile, coupled with the already announced steel plant, race track, and pipe manufacturing plant, GCCBC will be busy providing affordable and workforce housing in the region for years to come.
